Global Influenza Strategy 2019-2030

This report outlines the World Health Organization's global influenza strategy for 2019-2030, which seeks to enhance global and national pandemic influenza preparedness, to combat the ongoing threat of zoonotic influenza, and to improve seasonal influenza prevention and control in all countries. Intended high-level outcomes include: the development and availabiltiy of better tools to prevent, detect, control, and treat influenza, including vaccines; and strong national capacities for preparedness and response against influenza. Many experts believe that an influenza pandemic is the greatest threat to global public health.
